Terms of Use

The terms that apply to this website. Cleaning services are governed by a separate agreement.

Last updated: 1 June 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of the childcarecleaning.au website (the "Site"), operated by Childcare Cleaning ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site you agree to these terms.

1. Informational purpose

The Site provides general information about our childcare cleaning services. Nothing on it is a binding offer or advice for your specific circumstances.

2. Enquiries are not contracts

Submitting the quote form, and any quote or indicative pricing we provide, does not create a contract. Services begin only when both parties accept a written service agreement or proposal setting out scope, schedule, pricing and terms.

3. Service descriptions & scope

Descriptions of services on this Site (including checklists, response times and ready-by times) describe our standard approach and goals; your actual scope, inclusions and service levels are set out in your service agreement, which prevails over this Site.

4. Compliance — where responsibility sits

References to the National Quality Standard, Quality Area 2, registers and related documentation describe how our service can support a centre's own compliance evidence. Compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law, Regulations and NQS rests at all times with the approved provider and service. We do not provide regulatory advice, and nothing on this Site is a representation that engaging us makes a service compliant.

5. Vetting & checks

Statements about Working With Children Checks, police checks, insurance and induction describe our staffing standards. Documentation is provided to clients as described in their service agreement. Check requirements vary by state and territory; we maintain the checks applicable to our people and roles in each jurisdiction we operate.

6. Intellectual property

The content, design, code and branding of this Site are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse its content without permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, submitting unlawful or abusive content through the form, or using it to send spam.

8. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the current version.
