This Privacy Policy explains how Childcare Cleaning ("we", "us", "our"), operator of childcarecleaning.au, collects, uses and protects information when you visit our website, request a quote, or use our services. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

1. Who we are

Childcare Cleaning is an Australian provider of specialist cleaning services for childcare centres, preschools and OSHC services. For any privacy question, contact us via the quote form.

2. What we collect via this website

Only what you give us through the quote form, which may include:

• Your name, email address and contact number, and your role at the centre;
• Centre details — name, type, suburb, rooms, licensed places and current cleaning setup;
• The services and extras you're interested in, timing and start dates; and
• Anything you write in the message field.

This website sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies and requires no account.

3. How we use enquiry information

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange a walkthrough;
• To prepare your quote and compliance pack; and
• To keep a record of our correspondence.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we won't add you to marketing lists without consent.

4. How your enquiry is processed

Our quote form is delivered to our inbox via a third-party form-processing service (FormSubmit). Your details are transmitted to that service solely to deliver your message to us. Please don't include keys, alarm codes or door codes in the form — site access is arranged securely during onboarding, under a signed register.

5. Client centre information

If you become a client, we necessarily hold operational information about your centre — schedules, checklists, registers and securely-managed access arrangements. We use it only to deliver and document the service, hold it under access controls, and return or destroy access items when service ends. Our cleaners work in environments where children's privacy matters; team members are bound to confidentiality and our child-safe conduct expectations, and they never photograph or share anything from inside a centre.

6. Data retention & deletion

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose it was provided and for record-keeping obligations. Registers and service records for client centres are retained for the periods agreed in your service agreement. You can ask us to delete enquiry details at any time.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may complain to us — and, if unresolved, to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including HTTPS across this site and access controls on our systems. No internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time; the date above reflects the latest version.
