Director questions, straight answers.
The things centre directors and providers ask before switching cleaners — checks, chemicals, timing, outbreaks, registers and price.
Do your cleaners have Working With Children Checks?
Yes — every cleaner who enters a centre holds a current WWCC and national police check, with verification details supplied for your records before their first shift. Checks renew on a rolling schedule, and you get a consistent assigned team — not rotating strangers.
Are your cleaning products safe for children?
Our product list is chosen for early learning environments — low-tox, fragrance-conscious, used at correct dilutions, with SDS supplied and kept in a folder on site. Disinfection (bathrooms, nappy-change, outbreaks) uses appropriate hospital-grade products, applied and ventilated so rooms are safe by open. Chemicals stay locked and out of reach. When do you clean — will you disrupt the rooms?
We clean when children aren't there: after close, before open, overnight or during shutdowns. The standard is simple — every room ready before your first family arrives. Deep cleans and carpet steams are scheduled for holidays and pupil-free days.
How fast can you respond to a gastro or HFMD outbreak?
For contract centres, outbreak response is priority-scheduled — often same-night. Affected rooms, shared spaces, toys and soft furnishings are disinfected to protocol, with written documentation of what was treated, when and with what.
Will your cleaning help with our assessment and rating (QA2)?
Our signed registers, per-room schedules, SDS folder and check documentation are designed to slot into your Quality Area 2 evidence. Plainly though: compliance always rests with the approved provider — no cleaning company can "make you compliant", and you should be wary of any that claims to. We give you a genuinely clean centre and the paperwork to prove it.
How is childcare cleaning priced?
Contract cleaning is a fixed rate per clean based on rooms, floor area, bathrooms and scope — agreed after a walkthrough, so no surprises. Deep cleans, carpet programs and outbreak responses are fixed-price jobs. Consumables can bundle into one monthly invoice.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
No. Service is month to month with no lock-in and no exit fees — we earn the renewal with spotless rooms. Groups can choose longer agreements if procurement requires it.
Do you supply consumables like paper towel and soap?
Yes — paper towel, toilet paper, soap, sanitiser, gloves and liners restocked with every clean on usage-based ordering, bundled into one monthly invoice. Sensitive-skin and low-tox options available.
Can you handle multiple centres or a group?
Yes. Groups get one point of contact, consistent teams and standards, per-centre registers and consolidated invoicing. Mention your group in the quote form.
What areas do you service?
Centres across Australia, through local teams. Tell us your suburb in the quote form and we'll confirm coverage and walkthrough availability within one business day.
